Where can I buy genuine Bambu Lab products in Saudi Arabia?
Bambu EESilk is the official authorized distributor of Bambu Lab in Saudi Arabia. You can buy genuine products from bambulabksa.com, Jarir Bookstore, Noon, Amazon.sa, and our authorized resellers. Products bought from other sellers or imported from abroad are not covered by our local warranty.
What is the difference between a Standalone printer and a Combo?
A Standalone printer comes without an AMS and prints one color at a time. A Combo includes one AMS for 4-color printing: the AMS lite with the A1 mini, A1, and A2L, and the AMS 2 Pro with the P2S and X2D.
Which AMS works with my printer, and how many colors can I print?
The AMS lite works with the A1 mini, A1, and A2L only, and only one can be connected to each printer. The AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT work with all printers. The maximum number of colors is 16 on the A1 mini and A1, 19 on the A2L, 20 on the P2S, and 25 on the X2D.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your city. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Which payment methods do you accept, and do I get a VAT invoice?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. A VAT invoice is issued with every order; please keep it because you will need it for any warranty claim.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or outside Saudi Arabia?
No. We deliver only to complete physical addresses inside Saudi Arabia.
I bought from Jarir, Noon, or Amazon.sa—who handles my order?
Orders, delivery, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store or platform where you made the purchase.
Returns & Refunds
My product arrived damaged or not working—what should I do?
Report the problem within 14 days of delivery and keep the original packaging. Send your invoice, photos, and a short video of the problem to our support team, and do not try to repair the product yourself.
Can I return a product I don't need?
Yes. Unused products in their original, unopened condition can be returned in line with Saudi consumer protection law. Products bought from Jarir, Noon, or Amazon.sa are returned through that store or platform.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are paid to your original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Do not use the item. Contact support with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in printers, AMS units, and accessories bought from an authorized channel in Saudi Arabia. Consumables such as nozzles, build plates, PTFE tubes, filters, and filament are not covered for normal wear. Damage caused by drops, liquid, wrong voltage, or unofficial firmware or parts is also not covered. Full terms and warranty periods are in our Warranty Policy.

What do I need for a warranty claim?
You will need your purchase invoice, the printer serial number, and a description of the problem with photos or a video. If an error code is shown on the screen, please include it as well.
I bought my printer abroad—can you help?
Our local warranty covers only products bought from authorized channels in Saudi Arabia. For other products, please contact the original seller or Bambu Lab global support.
Using Your Printer
Is the printer suitable for Saudi Arabia's power supply?
Yes. Bambu Lab printers support 220 V. Use a grounded socket, and we recommend a surge protector.
What software do I need?
You need Bambu Studio (free for Windows, Mac, and Linux) to prepare your prints, and the Bambu Handy app to monitor them from your phone. You can download free, ready-to-print models from MakerWorld.
Can I use filament from other brands?
Yes, any good-quality 1.75 mm filament can be used. We recommend Bambu Lab filament because the printer reads its RFID tag and applies the correct settings automatically. In humid cities, keep your filament dry.
