Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including major cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, and remote areas). We do not ship to PO Box addresses — please provide a detailed physical delivery address.

2. Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping times for pre-order items are noted on the product page and in the order confirmation email. Processing may be delayed due to stock shortages or holidays, and we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Note: The above delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other factors. Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can view real-time shipping status in "My Orders" under your account, or enter the tracking number on the logistics provider's website.

5. Shipping Issues

If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or building management first, and contact our customer support within 14 days of the last tracking update. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the reshipping fee is the buyer's responsibility.

6. Duties and Taxes

Prices for domestic Saudi orders include Value Added Tax (VAT). If items ship from an overseas warehouse, customs duties and import clearance fees may apply and are the recipient's responsibility. Shipping warehouse information is clearly indicated on the product page.
